Hi all,
Can you please let me know how I will set Japanese language for a particular user only. I wants yo test with that user is this show entire application in Japanese language?

Why don't you simply try it? The answer is yes, assuming that you have Japanese labels in your application. Since you recently asked how to create a new Japanese label file, it doesn't have to be the case...

Can you check by updating the Language in the system admin at user level?
System administration > Users > Users > (Select the user) > Click on "User options" > Preference > Language.

Language for the user can be set up in user options (System administration - Users - Options (button))
