Hi everyone I had the place I am stuck on it in the warehouse I make sales order and I make a load for it then related to wave when I reach for the work process its closed if anyone
had idea or doc to how can I make it work

Are you sure the Work is Closed? It looks to me like no Work has been created. The reason I say this is because your Waves have the Status = Created, and the Work button on the All waves list page is greyed out.
Work is not created until your Waves get the Status = Held or Released.
You would normally get your Waves to this status by using the green Process arrow button on the Waves list page, but that is greyed out too. You also have the In batch icon showing. Its been a while since I played with running Wave processing in Batch.
There is some information on doing that here. It might help with your trouble shooting.
However, it might be easier to turn off Wave processing in Batch for the time being, whilst you confirm the rest of your setup is good and that you can create Sales picking work.

I do have some general questions for you. Is it only wrong for this sales order? Are there more orders with an issue? Did it work correctly before or are you trying to implement the warehousing now?
