Where can I adjust the setting Automatic create contact when sending mail

Hi there,

As a new and still learning admin my first question ;-)

As an admin I want to be able to adjust the Email settings. Now the setting is configured in such a way that a recipient is automatically created as a contact when you send him an email from Dynamics, see image. I want to be able to manage that option not only for myself but for our entire organization, who can tell me where I can find that?

    Thank you in advance for trying to help me.
    Thanks to your clear explanation and step-by-step plan, I was able to carry out the update. However, I get more errors than successes. As an example, I am adding an error line below, can you deduce from this why the update does not work for that person? To compare I also put the message about myself beneth.

    Hi Partner,
    This is an option setting in Personal Settings and there is no option to enable it for organizations together.
    But you can enable it for all users for their personal settings this tool of XrmToolBox
    User Settings Utility--Manage users personal settings in bulk
     
    Operation Steps:
    1.Open the “User Settings Utility” plugin
    2.Click the: load user roles, users and teams
    3.Select the users you want to update
    4.Select the specific setting that should be updated (e.g. records per page)
    5.Click the Update User(s) Settings button
    6.The plugin will know commit the update for the users
