Limitation is I can't update my system. Is there any way I could achieve this? I guess I have to perform whole development from my end.
Click Dimensions and voice of the customer is not available for this version of CRM.

    The Sales Team is looking to engagement for Marketing purposes to send out notifications to existing customers.

     Areas for consideration are:

    • Surveys and Reviews
    • Request Testimonials
    • Birthdays
    • End-of-Term Marketing
    • Marketing to existing Customers who purchased non-company Products
    Current Version of CRM - Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 (8.0.0.1088) (DB 8.0.0.1094) On Premises Completely Customized.
    Currently client is not using any standard functionality.
