error using CI Trial

Why Do I keep getting this error using Trial CI ?

    ah, that would explain it.  Once you created the trial you will get that error if you go to that same sign-up link again.

    Hello John, I am using it for the first time so I went ahead using the get started option from trials.dynamics.com..but this worked out..thank u so much !

    How are you getting to this page?  You should be going to home.ci.ai.dynamics.com/ with nothing after it (sometimes the browser likes to add stuff on you, make sure there is nothing at the end).
