Why is the option to save a report grayed out?

Hi,

I am running on AX2009 and when I view the results of a report and go to menu "File", the only option available is "Print". There are many more options, like "Save", but these are greyed and disabled.

Any idea why the "Save" option is disabled? Can I change this?

The only way to "save" a report is by printing it. Here you can select if you want to print your report not only to the printer, but also email or a file.
