Using Forms in Knowledge articles

Hi everyone,

Firstly please accept my apologies for not thanking the members that helped on my earlier question.  I'm not sure how to find the post to do so.  If someone could enlighten me with that, I'd be most grateful.

Right, now to the problem at hand.  I was wondering if someone could tell me whether you are able to add a Form created in MS Office, in a knowledge article created in Customer Service Hub?

To give this question context, the article I am referring to (used on another CRM platform prior to moving over to Dynamics 365) was able to include a form that the customer could fill in to request for our Customer Service team to reach out to them.

With that said, I couldn't seem to find a way to 'add' a form anywhere in the Content section. Is this even possible?

I have the same question (0)

As of now, you can only add Image, video, text and table in the knowledge articles.

However, You can Embed the Form URL as a Hyperlink, which users can use to fill in the details.
