Power Automate Flow that triggers when no activity entries have been recorded in 90 days

Posted on by 136
Hi all,

I have a use case which I hope somebody can help me with. :-)

The requirement is to notify an opportunity owner if in the last 90 days no activity (task, email, appointment, call or email) has been recorded on the timeline of an opportunity.

We can't use the last modified field on the opportunity as it may be that columns on the form were modified/updated but no activity has taken place.

In my imagination it would be something like /check all opportunities where no new timeline entries have been recorded in the past 90 days/. But I am sort of stuck in my logik or how to approach this.

I'd even be happy if I can just create a field (maybe a rollup?) that displays the date of the last updated activity related to that record.

1. has anybody done something like this with power automate or in another way?

2. can I access timeline entries in power automate at all?

any feedback is appreciated.

Cheers
Christian
