How can I remove or hide by default the ID section from the profile cards?

Hi everybody,

I have noticed that in every profile card, there's a section at the bottom that shows all the matched keys from the correspondence step, as well as all fields that were marked as "ID" in the Mapping step.

This section can be hidden manually, but it's currently always open by default.

It happens though that they're considered superflous for our current project, and we would like to hide them by default or remove them completely, I can't seem to find a way to achieve this.

Is there are any way or workaround for me to hide by default or remove the ID section at the bottom of profile card, so that the customer doesn't see them when he opens a profile card?

Thank you very much.

    Hi Fabio Beka,

The Customer Insights web app cannot be customized. This web app serves as a basic example of what data is available for a single specific customer. This page is not aiming to be a main consumption place of CI data for our users.

With Customer Insights data being available in Dataverse, we recommend our customers to use Dataverse API and connectors for their consumption scenarios. Learn more about CI and Dataverse.

    Best regards,

    Nils Keller

    Hi,

It is recommended to raise a support ticket for further help.
