Is calendar view possible on EP page?

Hello everybody,

I have got a strange requirement from the client. They want a full calendar view on Enterprise portal page. The calendar should look like the one we see in the windows

Is it even possible???? Please suggest.

I am not sure what they are going to use this for? Of course displaying this calendar on a page won't help too much AX - I imagine you will have to retrieve some data from the calendar? Will this be used as a lookup or what?

Hi Mriganka,

Will you use it as kind of information pane or for a lookup? Note that a date lookup is standard possible on the EP. This control has no time element.

For sure you have to try customizing it. I wonder if you can get a watch on the control. As there are websites showing a watch I think it can be done, but requires knowlegde of html and java.

I don't think on web we have similar control

I suggest you need to utilize some of the custom control

Actually the client along with the AP, AR, HR functionality also wants to use it like CRM. In CRM we have functionality of client Appointments. Here in AX we are creating a module which does the same. now for this in CRM we have a full calendar structure opening up in the CRM website. Now the client wants the same look and feel.

Also, the clock is an option. But the page should look like the CRM page.
