I have updated a jumpref in the data source field, but getting a error as "Error executing code: FormDataObject object does not have method 'name'" when we try to view details.

  • Error executing code: FormDataObject object does not have method 'name'
If you have customizations for one or more of the methods or the tables that are affected by this hotfix, you must follow these steps:
    - Review the changes that are documented in the .xpo file
    - Apply these changes in a test environment before you apply the hotfix in a production environment.

  • Error executing code: FormDataObject object does not have method 'name'
This error suggests that there is an issue in your custom code related to a FormDataObject and the 'name' method.

The problem is in the error message. The FormDataObject object does not have a name method and yet the code is trying to call it. You will have to change your code.

    Hi RSX,

Do you still need help on your question? If so, please provide more information, like the code as asked by Girish. We are not clearsighted to know what you have done which causes this error. It would be great if you can provide an update.

    Hi RSX,

Can you show us the code for jump ref?

Have you debugged the code and find out at exactly what line the error is throwing?

    Thanks,

    Girish S.
