    Hi,

There is a periodic option to reset a status of a production order. Perhaps someone used this and did select too many production orders.

You can check if it was used by looking in the table ProdParmStatusDecrease. (In AOT lookup the table and browse records). Look if there are any records with JobStatus 'Executed'.

    Dear  André ,

all the record on this table have the JobStatus  (Executed) and WantedStatus is ( started ).

so what can i do  to solve this issue without any affects to other modules.

    Regards

    Hi,

As I dont know all your setup in this module, I cannot help you remotely. I don't know what was posted before this error and what is reversed or not.

You could consider restoring a backup from the situation before this happened. I don't know if there are other transactions done in other modules since you found this error.

Depending on several (many) settings the actions to correct this might be different. Can you ask your partner or find someone in your area to assist you?
