Emails in Dynamics - images not showing and attachments not visible by default

When an email comes into Dynamics all images in the email are not shown.

This is not the same behaviour in my Sandbox environment as they do show up. I am not sure if this is a setting somewhere I am missing?
It is not the end of the world if the attachments do not show in PROD. The other issue is that they do not show as attachments by default. I need to click "show as" and change to the other view of attachments to see them.

Any ideas on both of these issues?

PROD example below - one image shows the other does not.

Maybe you can try to use another browser or clear browser cache to test again.
