    Dear Silvano,

In which level you want to change unit price in PO? If after confirmation of PO then you can do it with request change section (Purchase Order > Maintain)

    Regards,

    Raheel

Good, Basically you wrote PO in your Question's body, anyhow, to enable unit price in Purchase requisition to be editable, please find the solution here:

    1. You can update it using Quotation from RFQ.

    2. If you use procurement categories it will be editable. Otherwise if using items it will require a modification or the quote/RFQ route as mentioned.

    No problem dear :)

No its mean you have need to edit item unit price and route PR/RFQ workflow again.

    Stay blessed!

RE: unable to edit unit price in Purchase Requisition?

    Hi

I came across a similar case & following is my understanding of the process :

Since Requisition is an internal process for procurement

    1. Standard functionality of purchase requisition does not allow requestor  to update Item unit price on the requisition line

    2. If requestors wants to specify  unit price on requisition lines It can be taken care by following two business scenarios.

    a. Requestor has to raise requisition using procurement categories wherein he/she can specify unit price

    OR

    b. The unit price for the Item must be updated at Item master so that same is picked up while crerating Requisition line.

Hope this helps on this subject. Let me know if anything missing on this.
