Without any publish of a solution over night new emails could not be linked to a specific queue and are marked red.
If I click on the e-mail address it wants me to link it to the queue manually.
The problem also exists, if I create a view with a filter. As I tried:
And this happens if I click on save:

I already dis-/enabled all custom plugins we are using and also the CRM owned activity-feeds plugin "AddToQueue".
We also restarted the whole server. But the problem that e-mails are not linked to the queue or the queue cannot be linked persists.
Any ideas?
Build: Microsoft Dynamics 365-Version 1612 (8.2.5.4) (DB 8.2.5.4) lokal
(I know there are updates, but so far everything was stable.)
EDIT: I just realized how bad it really is. The CRM doesn't link any new email to systemusers/queues. The blue email address is a contact.
I've found the issue. (Why the e-mails did not get linked with the queue.) A colleague created a contact with the exact email address as the queue has. After renaming the contact e-mail address it did work again.
