Segments - Time Zone

Good day.
 
When I create a new segment the time zone is GMT.
 
 
How do I set the default time zone to 'GMT+1 Amsterdam'?
 
What I have checked:
  • Personal settings is GMT+1 Amsterdam.
  • Journey settings is GMT+1 Amsterdam.
I am aware the segments use the time zone of the journey, but it is quite confusing for the users who create the segments. Is there a way to change the time zone of the segments?

    Hello,
    If you go to setting ->Journey Setting , you can chnage default time zone from GMt to your choice or to the timezone of user who creates it.

    If you go to Settings → Journey Settings, you can change the default time zone from GMT to your preferred time zone or set it to match the time zone of the user who creates the journey.

    Below answer is not working for me. The Segment time zone is still (GMT) Coordinated Universal Time. Even if the Journey settings is set to (GMT + 1:00) Amsterdam.
     
    Is there another solution?
