How to add the Tax ID in the Purchase order confirmation without customization.

Hi,

Is there a way how to add our company tax ID in the Purchase order confirmation without customization.
We can add a footer note (it is maybe compliant but not presentable)

Hi,

You can try the form setup in the procurement module. For purchase orders there is a parameter "print tax exempt number on purchase order"

If it is this number then you can achieve that out of the box.

Otherwise, you might need a system modification.

Hi Kamel Sadek,

Have you maintained registration detail in Legal entity form under "Registration IDs" ?

After adding it here, please check if it reflects in the PO confirmation print.

Hi Sourav,

Yes I did and I even inserted a custom field but nothing was displayed.

The only way I found is to add it in the address or in the footer witch is not presentable.

However there is a way where you can insert it in the PO invoice by enabling "Print tax exempt number on invoice" in the Form setup (I think this what Ludwig meant)

I'm waiting from our Tax department to confirm if this is compliant or should we insert it in the PO confirmation as well
