How to generate AiF Error and fault message in xml?

I need little help with my custom service:

It's based on netTCP enhanced port and throwing an exception. That's fine but in AIFLogs it look like "Warnig" and there is no AIFFaultMessage produced.  What conditions should be met get AiFException and AIFFault respone in xml?
