Hi Everyone, I’ve encountered a problem when posting a product receipt on a purchase order, the issue is that nothing happened at all, no error message & the journal not created, this happened only when i'm trying to receive stock items but for the expense one it's working fine, can anyone help on that?

If you do File -> Tools -> Options -> Development tab and untick the option to Execute business operations in CIL, do you then get an error when you try?

    Hello Mr Khan,

no we don't have any accounts on Purchase expenditure, un-invoiced, but as i mentioned we have the same setup in Test environment & there was no issue when i tried there.

    Dear Raheel,

I hope you are doing good. I assume you have done all related setup for that item.

    1. Item Group GL posting

    2. Item model group

    3. AP parameter

    4. Valid account structure.

Please check accounting distribution in PO line. If its is coming please ask developer to debug.

    Hi Mazin,

    Hope you fine!

Please check and confirm you have setup ‘Purchase expenditure, un-invoiced’ account on this specific item’s posting profile?

    HI, Thanks for your replay,

actually i tried to make the same in our test environment & it works, bay the way all the setting & configuration are same in both system Live & Test, but only one thing is different is that we just close the financial year 2017 in live system,

we did not have this issue before

    Hello Mazin,

Do you see the same behavior in a different demo/test environment?

Have you experienced this behavior in the past already?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
