I am facing the same issue only with one PO. We dont have 3rd party customization
Validated whats mentioned in your above message: PO lines have Proj ID, Category ID, currency ID
Still receiving the same error message to confirm PO
Any suggestion or any advice

Can you try what is stated on LCS for issue 1738834
Expand the Line Details fast tab on the Purchase Order.
Select the Project tab.
Select/enter a Project Category.
Save the Purchase Order.
Confirm the Purchase Order
