Connect Business Central with third part apps

Hi!

I want to integrate Business Central with third part apps. I'm looking for something similar to "Application Integration Framework" (AIF) from Dynamics AX.

For example, I want to call Business Central method from C# or others programming languages to make changes in system (manage Business Central data).

Any advices? :)
