How to Make multiple retail items inactive in NAV 2013 R2

Hi everyone,  I hope I can get some help with a problem I am having. I'm trying to change some retail items statuses from active, suspended, discontinued etc to inactive . Based on a filter I have identified multiple items that I would like to make inactive and I'm looking for a fast way to do that rather than having to open the item card for each individual item and change the status.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Darren

Hi , you can use rapid start for this case.

    1. Setup configuration package for item table with 2 field "No." and "Item Status"

    2. Export to Excel and update the data in Excel

    3. Once step 2 done , Import the excel in NAV to do the mass update.

You can refer to below documentation for configuration package :

Hi, thank you for your response. I was unable to get a single table with "No." And "Item Status" not sure what I'm doing wrong. I followed the instructions but in the configuration package card when I add the item table the confif. Package fields doesn't include item status and inventory , both of which I would like to be included.

Are you running NAV 2013 or NAV 2013 R2? If it is the latter, you can use RapidStart to isolate the Items in Table 27 and change the "Blocked" value to "ALL". If you are using the former, there is a loading process via the "Classic Client" to change data.
