I track an E-mail in Outlook with the Dynamics 365 Sales Add-in/App.
Sales creates a new activity (E-mail). In the timeline (i think) activities are lined up with the timestamp when the activity was created.
But I want that the timestamp of tracked E-mails is when the E-mail was sent or received.

The default form for email in timeline show 'Modified on', you can't edit it.
So you need create new email card form or edit existing email card form.
You need make the time filed you need in column 2, which will always appears in the bottom-right corner of the timeline record.
