
I am looking for functionality to generate MS Office documents (Excel, Word) based on CRM objects data. For example, I would like to create some Word template (quote, contract, invoice and etc.) that will be automatically filled with customer data from CRM when I need it. I saw such functionality in other CRMs, but I can't find it in MS CRM. Could you please advice how I can do such generation? Are there any side components?
