HI
I have hidden button, but I can not close the shortcuts for delete or edit in (All sales order) screen
and i need hidden the navigation bar also to close All gaps .

Just hiding the buttons may not be a perfect solution, though workable to some extent.
what if a user knows use of ctrl+F9, it will delete records.
I think there is a standard setup which does not allows deletion of invoiced sales orders.
if you have a different requirement than standard system, it would be great if you can explain your requirement.
short answer to your question in current situation can be either use standard functionality which is to block deletion of invoiced sales order or setup security by overriding table permissions.
as said, above, you may have some custom requirement so putting more description can be helpful for people to answer you.

You can try this also, it will work exactly,
1. You just un-tick the Delete order after invoicing option in form level.
path: Account receivable > Setup > Account receivable parameters > Updates.
Or
2. Create a role, you can restrict the user which are deleting the records.
Give the permission level to the specific table > Affective access > Create , then it wont allow user to delete record.
