Dear all, we followed all the instructions from the Provisioning guide and using the first global admin account which was used for creating the AAD tenant and still no new on-prem project is created automatically in LCS. Does anyone know what can be the problem? We see the D365 Operations on-premise licenses in the O365 Admin portal, but when clicking on them or trying to log directly in LCS we don't see a new project created. The customer was using beforehand D365 Finance and we can see only the project associated with it. Do you have an idea if we have to use the old project or we have to create manually new one for on-prem? We read that a new project will be provisioned automatically, but it does not. All help will be appreciated! Thank you in advance!
I think you should go to LCS via "Dynamics 365 Operations Admin Portal" link in O365 Admin Center. At least that's how the cloud Implementation LCS project is created.
However the Office 365 Admin Center has changed recently and I can't find D365FO Admin Portal anymore in the "All Admin Centers" section. Some time ago I could still switch to the "legacy" O365 Admin Center and see it there. But now the legacy Admin Center is gone.
I don't see D365FO in Power Platform admin Center, either..
Perhaps you should contact Microsoft support.
We tried with the "Dynamics 365 Operations Admin Portal" link in O365 Admin Center and still no result.

If you are able to access LCS then please try to enable Preview Feature from LCS and try again to create New On Prem Project.
