Hello,
We usually receive a lot of automatic replies (out of office,..) when a bulk mail is sent but with the one of this morning we did not received any, wich is disturbing.
We did not change the sender adress.
Any idea where the issue could be ?

Please check “Insights” in “Customer Journey” to see if the email was sent successfully.
If not, please refer to the following document to see the reasons for email delivery failure:

If yes, please check whether the incoming mailbox can receive the mail normally.
