Setting Form Notification

Hi,

Previously the form notification used to show up in yellow color.  With the recent upgrades it is just plain white background. Is there I can set the color of the form notification? 

Please advise.

    I am actually looking for the notifications that are shown on the form. ex: Warning, Info, Error. Looks like with the recent upgrades MS replaced the yellow banner to white and instead added an icon infront of it.
