If there is no purchase order, it could be considered as orphaned record. Have you also checked the purchase order lines table if there is a line without purchase order header? In that case, you can delete the PO line. Otherwise agree with a-kow to delete the inventory transaction and use the consistency check to fix the on-hand inventory. Of course, try it in a test environment first.
So does this "AIWM-006..." PO exist in the system? If yes, you should try to delete it so the inventory transaction will be deleted. If no, something went wrong and you will probably have to delete this inventory transaction and recalculate the on-hand inventory.

Have you checked the purchase order and have you tried deleting it?
Did that work and fix the issue?
