Are there reports showing demand for parts/goods in Dax ?

I have to use Dax and Enterprise Portal for purchasing, and another program for stock records and issuing product from my warehouse. This other program isn't linked to anything, and I'm starting to wonder if Dax has anything available in it. The old system I used had reports that showed anything I had sold more than 3 times in a 6 month period, anything that was setting for more than a certain time frame, and so on. So I'm wondering if Dax hjas anything like that available?

Hi IwantToBelieve,

There are bunch of reports out of the box in AX.

You can look at "inventory aging" report to analyze your stock aging and "sales performance by product" to get your top products.

Also you can use ABC classification

Hi,

In addition to the reports mentioned by ievgen you can have a look at the following reports:

Inventory Management Module: On-Hand inventory, inventory by item group aging, inventory by inventory dimension aging, inventory value report

Procurement & Sourcing Module: Vendor/item statistics, Item/vendor statistics, Purchases in the past periods and the spend analysis reports.

Try the Bi4Dynamics inventory pack. Ask us to demo

Also look at the Customer -item statistics -bring in some more fields e.g. attributes, , and push to Excel.

You may also find it useful to look at http://agrdynamics.com/ which has several add ons for inventory.
