Hi all,

I was wondering if it's possible to have incoming mails to a shared mailbox tracked to CRM through an add-on? I want to know if this is possible without linking the mailbox to Dynamics.

    Hello Iliass,

    I guess there are some third-party solutions that can provide this functionality I.e. Scribe, ClickDimensions.
