When I log in to NAVISION 2013 using the web client I am unable to import csv files through the web client. I get the following error.
"The operation cannot complete because it uses a feature that is not supported
(. NET Framework Interoperability)"

See the below links, these are the limitations of Web Client.
Unfortunately, it is a limitation of web client. Microsoft .NET Framework interoperability objects that are configured to run on the client are not supported.
