Edit Close Campaign Response Form

Hello everybody!

Help me, please: how can I edit this form? For all activities (Phone Call, Task etc.), this form works as it should - StateCode and Status are displayed:

For Campaign Response I added several Statuses for one State, but the closing form itself does not contain this field:

Please help me figure out how to do it?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Valentin,

can you share which CRM version you are using?

When I test this on the current D365 CE Online Version(9.1.0.11730) my changes are reflected in the Close Dialog

    Hi Ioannis,

    Thank you for your answer!

    Unfortunately, on-premise 8.2.12.

Hi Valentin, this feature is available on v9 On Premise as well (Just checked and I confirm it is available on 9.0.12.4). It behaves the same as my provided screenshot on my previous comment.

    Hi Valentin, I see.

You could consider a custom approach on this.

An example could be to implement a custom ribbon button, which executes a custom JavaScript.

The JavaScript could basically load a pop up/div, fetch the existing status / status reasons of the Campaign Response entity and generate input/pick list controls based on these.

User would select the respective values and submit back the desired states.
