difference in GL-Transactions

Getting different results between SmartList Account Transactions and Financial Trial Balance Report Summary and Detail. Result of Receivables Trial Balance Report corresponds with SmartList Account Transactions, but not with Financial Trial Balance. Check Links has no errors, Financial Reconcile doesn't start.

    Hi,

    Have you tried to run Reconcile to GL.

    Financial >> Routines >> Financial >> Reconcile to GL

    Use the Reconcile to GL window to generate a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that can help you match transactions in General Ledger with the original transactions in Receivables Management. The reconcile routine will not change data automatically, but helps you identify those transactions that may need to be corrected.

    In Reconcile to General Ledger I am missing 'Inventory'  in modules drop down key. How can I get it??

    Hi Anton,

    The Inventory Reconcile option will not show up because the history tables are not available to enable the reconcile. How do you know if it is active?   GO to Reports> Inventory> Activity.

    Kindly refer the below link.

    I am able to generate Historical Stock Status and all items have the 4 Histories options marked.

    What version of GP are you on?  Inventory only became available with 2013.
