I'm new to Dynamics. Been working as a Salesforce Administrator, so bear with me. I am unable to double-click to view any of the records within "sales transactions" in the Smartlist window. None of the information will show up when double-clicked. I just started this job yesterday and Microsoft has me jump through some hoops so I thought I would ask the community if there's any reason for this or something I might be doing wrong. I have GP 8.0 (I know it's old) and any advice you can give me is good advice at this point. I was directed to open the smartlist builder but I see nothing like that under tools.
