How to freeze top row of a Management Reporter Report

Hi all,

I'm currently trying to freeze the top few rows of my management reporter report. The top rows contains titles such as period, ytd, and etc, along with product names (doing a P&L report).

I see there is a feature on windows in Designer to "freeze horizontal/vertical rows/columns", however it isn't working for me.

If it means anything, the information I'm trying to freeze is in my column definition.

Any suggestions?
