How do i delete a subject

Trying to delete a subject and keep getting an error saying it related to some table called DocumentIndex. I can't find this table anywhere and appears I can get to it via the API but not sure how to remove or update the record, so it stops referring to it.

Error:

Restricting entity DocumentIndex (ObjectTypeCode: 126) has Id: b8e63098-dba8-ed11-aad1-0022482272ba and is collected by Relationship with name: is_primary_subject_for.

How do i delete a subject

An alternative is to make the Subject not visible to users. Then they cannot select it.

Hi Partner,

DocumentIndex is a system-created table that is not visible in the environment, the subject table cannot be deleted probably because it has a dependency with this table.

I didn't find a relationship with the DocumentIndex table in the Subject table's relationships, so I tried to look up more dependencies in the advanced settings.
Unfortunately, there is not even a Subject table in Advanced Settings, so I suggest you contact the ClickDimensions Support team.

The development team is able to delete user invisible records in the background.
