    Hi,

First thing first, the R2 version is very outdated, sorry to say that. But fact is what i am saying on this.

Secondly do you have an updated kernel version? (Not asking for App update R2 to R3 for example)

Third, this would need you to collect the Crash Dump from AOS and client and analyze that with DebugDiag or send that to Microsoft to see what is going inside crash.

Do you have crash dump files?

    Hi Mahmoud,

In addition, is this the first time you see this issue and how did you setup your account structures in the past?

Do you see the same issue in your test environment?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

The error mentioned in the above link is also at the same environment, and I need to make an update to help anybody who might face the same error.

After review posting accounts please have a look at Funding limits at the contract related to the project, in the mentioned case I updated both ledger accounts and funding limits amount, and the issue was gone.

    Hi Mahmoud,

Great to hear that you got your issue fixed.

In order to avoid running into similar issues in the future, it might be worth considering moving the R3 or D365FO where you have the latest fixes installed.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
