in our current business workflow, we have automatically created leads from incoming emails to a shared team inbox. When the lead owner is changed to a salesperson, we would like to trigger an automatic email reply to the customer.
I know we can send an email notification to customer by creating a workflow, but the problem is that email is NOT replied based on customer's email. It was, somehow, an independent email.
My request is to send a real automatic email reply containing the customer's original email. Just like how we manually reply to a customer email in outlook.
Any help is much appreciated.
