Hi,
There are many reasons why the system cannot find any transactions. I assume you are using D365F&O, if not then please correct.
To find the issue I would suggest to start with the following.
1.: Select your project and check the posted transactions for chargeable transactions.
2.: In the posted transactions, filter by your date if you wish and then by Invoice status Chargeable. So, we need to check if there are transactions at all that are posted on the project AND chargeable.
If you cant find any transactions here then the reasons are most likely:
-there are no transactions linked to this project
-there are transactions created for this project but not posted in the legal entity
-there are transactions posted for this project but in another legal entity (Intercompany transactions), and have not been posted in the legal entity where the project is created
From the first screenshot, you may check also the "Pending transactions".
In case there are intercompany transactions that are posted in one legal entity but havent been invoiced to the legal entity where the project is created, it will be displayed here.
You will also find transactions here if you have created f.e. pending vendor invoices for this project but havent posted them yet.
Please check, then we ll investigate further.
