Hi,

I have a issue with one of my user. When user opens an email, clicks on Dynamics 365 Addin, it asks for login into CRM which is provided and it closes and connects to CRM. User then again opens other email and clicks on dynamics 365 addin, he is asked foe login credentials again, which is provided. This is only happening in Chrome. Firefox and IE never prompt after they are provided credentials first time. What could be wrong and how i can fix that.

Regards

    Hi

On being prompted, why the option of saving password is not being used? Also, please check the settings for Chrome browser (as this is browser specific). You could even refer to other user for chrome settings who is not getting the error.

    Regards

    Roma

    Hello Partner,

Please try the following in chrome:

Logout of the D365 CRM and Clear Cache and hard Refresh and Close Google Chrome. Open New Chrome Window and Start it Again. This should resolve it.

Check if the learning path feature is enabled for the user? If it is, then try turning it off because sometimes that could cause the issue as well.

    Hope this helps.

    Warm Regards,

    Raj

Thanks for the reply RajarajanS. I tried clearing cache many times but it still prompts for user name password despite i gave multiple times.

    Hi there

Bipin is asking you to perform those steps in Dynamics 365. Try doing that & let us know if this resolved your issue?

For now, I'm facing almost the same problems, and it happens in Chrome as well. Talking of Chrome usage on Mac, I can also share with your Setapp blog, where authors collect all the necessary and useful information for Mac users. Recently I've read pretty interesting article about enabling dark mode in Chrome, you can see it here and test it by yourself. They have explained everything about Chrome options and how to enable it.
