Hi,
Is it possible to have a working Dynamics 365 Finance environment without needing to deploy it through LCS since my user is not linked to a tenant who has a 365 Finance license. For example is their a URL I can use to access the standard Dynamics 365 Finance environment?

You can deploy a free 30 day trial (with limited functionality) from https://trials.dynamics.com/ .

Can you elaborate? Do you just want to test something in D365FO or do you want to deploy for example an on-prem environment?

Thank you for the reply. I am simply working my way through the finance 365 certification and it makes reference to the standard sample data which I need to refer to. My user is not linked a partner or customer who has a Dynamics Finance license therefore I cannot deploy the software using LCS and use the standard sample data.
What I am using as an alternative is a trail environment but it has limited functionality. With that said it seems like the best option right now unless you have another suggestion.
There is no other option for you if your account is not affiliated with a customer or partner. Probably, you can search for some videos on YouTube to learn about the features which are not enabled in the trial.

I need to access D365 F&O for learning purpose, but I don`t have any account either with partner or customer . I don`t even have any work email address, as I am currently not employed. Is there a url which I can access for D365 hand on training. Thanks

get an O365 trial account and then signup, possibly to deploy a VM with all trials including Azure subcription
