I am experimenting the features provided by Dynamics 365 for FIeldService and I figured out a possible issue of the ScheduleBoard module.
If I create a new WorkOrder for today, it is displayed as a question mark pin in the integrated bing map on the ScheduleBoard module, I can book the WorkOrder to a BookableResource and after the resource accomplishes her job I close also the workorder changing its status to "completed".
What happens here is that if I change the calendar date in the schedule board to tomorrow, I still see the question mark pin of the WorkOrder of today even if its status is closed today:
as you can see in the picture the WorkOrder has been closed the 29\06 but showing the schedule board for the day 05\07 its pin is still displayed in the map. At the same way if I go back in the calendar to the year 2016 ScheduleBoard displays in the map all the WorkOrder scheduled or unscheduled of all the system lifetime regardless of the selected calendar date.
Question: is there a way to show in the map only the WorkOrders available in a specific date? In other words, is it possible to filter the WorkOrders Pins by selected date? Alternatively how can I make a closed WorkOrder pin disappear from the map?
