Need to following details

Report on Ratio of Successful v/s Unsuccessful enquiry of new and existing customer
Report on Qty and Value for Successful and Unsuccessful quotes
Is it possible to inform and communicate with logistics related to delivery thru system (D365)

You posted the question in the Dynamics AX forum, but you mentioned D365. Are you using Supply Chain Management, or is your question related to Dynamics 365 Sales?
