Workflow for skills

Hello, i have set up workflow for skills. it s mean when employee add some skill via ESS manager have to approve it. But in case that manager add some skill to employee the workflow doesnt work and if finish with fault. How i can set up the condition : when manager add skill to employy it is automaticaly approve ?

    Hi Petra,

    I have checked the standard workflow options, and can't find a easy way to setup the workflow to auto approves if the manager submitted the skill.

    The only option I see (in the workflow) will only work if you don't have many changes in managers.. Based on a user ID the workflow can auto approve.. but that's almost impossible to keep up to date if you have many organizational changes.

    Alternatively you could add a manual decision for HR to see if workflow is required.
