Supression list / segment

Im trying to create a supression segment to exclude in customer journeys. I try to create this by using "Beheaviour blocks" to show the list of e-mailadresses with hard/soft bounced e-mailadresses. I think im doing something wrong in the behaviourblock "Filter" settings. In the current state, i believe it cant show anything because there are NO hard bounces with "HAVING MORE THAN 0 Interactions".

Ive tested to see if the hard bounce is mentioned in the Insights / Delivery / Delivery failed / Hard bounces and shows my testbounce e-mailadress.

I found out how Dynamics how they use supressionlists, but i cant find HOW to create them. Is creating a segment using behavour blocks the right way? And if so, what is wrong in my query? Or is there another solution within D365 CE Marketing?

    RE: Supression list / segment

This is how I did it:

Adding a Suppression Segment to a Customer Journey

If you are sending a customer journey to a segment, but want to exclude or suppress part of the segment, here’s how you can do that.

Create a Marketing List and include the members of the segment you want to suppress.

Create a Segment using the Static marketing lists members template and specify which Marketing List to include in the Marketing List > Is query.

Save the Segment and then make it Live.

Create a Customer Journey or modify one you already started. I’m using the Simple Email Journey template.

First, set the initial audience by clicking Set audience and choose the Segment you want to send the email to.

    Then click + Add condition

    Change Or to And

    Change Inclusion to Exclusion

In the field below Exclusion search for the suppression segment you created in step 2.

The audience tile will reflect your conditions.

Then proceed to setup the rest of the journey by choosing the email and then the date and time to send the email in the General tab.

    Hi,

I don't think that there is any wrong with your design of the segment.

Would you please check the "Last evaluation" time in the Members tab of the segment?

Also, if a contact has been hard bounced, the email will be suppressed automatically so you don't need to create a segment to filter them out as a suppression list.
