Hello,
While installing GST hotfix patch in 2012 R3, i am getting this error please if you find this error and solution please share it/

Maybe the file is locked by a previous installer session that did not finish. Try restarting your environment (or release the file lock via Computer management).
Also you might forgot to run the setup with elevated rights (right click > Run as administrator).
