Real time Marketing - Using Custom Event Trigger with Power Automate

Hi all, 

I'm trying to do a PoC where I trigger a custom event trigger from Power Automate and Dataverse.  There's a few resources out there describing the steps like Amey Holden's great blog post

However I'm finding my custom event trigger is staying in draft and in Power Automate I just see a generic "body" attribute rather than pulling in the individual custom input fields.

The MS documentation mentions you must integrate the code before it can be ready to use "With the integration complete and verified, the event will be marked as Ready to use, which will make the event visible and available in journeys."
I'm just wondering if something has changed? I was expecting to be able to ignore the code integration step and use Power Automate instead as described in Amey's blog. 
Any ideas?

    For anyone with the same issue where you find you cannot make a custom event trigger live, in my case it turned out to be because we had changed the org URL from the default after installation of Marketing. This seemed to prevent the environment communicating with the Marketing insight services. As it was a PoC I was able to resolve by creating a new environment and not changing the org URL.
