Load planing workbench function does not show load template Id

Hello.

I am beginner about using load planning workbench function.

when I try to assign an order to the existing load I receive a message "You must chose a load template Id. but load template Id field is disabled. is anyone have idea about this error. 7217.024_5F00_.png

Hello Davut,

Do you have a load template created for selection.

I could not identify any standard config to disable the selection.

I do not think we have a customization about this form. We changed data source and problem is solved. thanks for interest.
