No internet connectivity in LCS machines

Hello, since yesterday I've lost internet connectivity in 3 virtual machines of my LCS project, that means that If I open the VM I can't connect to the internet not I can access from anywhere else the URL of any of the environments: environment (esaxkdyneur-***.dynamics.com). Has anyone else encounter this problem or any idea of what could be causing it?

Hi Arcadi,

Is all internet access lost or is it just the Dynamics environment which can't be reached? Do you have some other VMs where it is still working? Are you able to open any news or common internet page?

If it is related to only the Dynamics environment, you can try to rotate secrets via the LCS environment page. Probably some certificates got expired that can be renewed with the rotation of secrets.

Hi Andre,

Can't reach the url and if I connect to the virtual machine there is no internet connection. I already tried to rotate the secrets.

I'm closing this thread, the problem was caused by our network.
